I have been working in the CRM / xRM environment for over 11 years with experience in CRM strategy, business process and analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment. Over that time I have worked on many CRM projects deploying packages from SalesForce, to Siebel to Microsoft CRM in a multitude of countries. While working with Microsoft CRM since version 1.2 my passion has grown into the xRM arena enabling me to add value to organisations in more than just CRM. I now have some great experiences in the health and membership management industries.
In general I see myself as a well balanced professional consultant with a wealth of project experience of both small and large engagements, and over this time I have built up an extensive consultant toolkit of practical tools and techniques.

Regan has been working in the IT industry for 15 years, with the last 12 years spent delivering CRM and xRM solutions to a diverse range of clients. While traditional CRM systems have figured in the list of over 50 implementations that Regan been involved with, xRM applications in areas such as Membership, Fundraising, Finance, Job Tracking and Trainee Management systems have been prevalent. A CRM solution is often required to work hand-in-hand with other systems so integration can be a large factor in determining the success of a system. Integration is one area where Regan has considerable expertise and experience and some of the successful integration projects he has worked on include call centre, supply chain, ERP, web self-service, corporate intranet and content management system integrations. Regan is employed as CRM Solution Architect for OA System Ltd and is based in Auckland. OA Systems Ltd have been delivering highly flexible CRM, xRM and BI solutions to a broad range of clients for eighteen years.
